Seller workflow

Sell shares via assignment

Create a secure delivery-versus-payment assignment for a named buyer. The buyer’s payment and the seller’s SET transfer either both settle in one transaction or both revert.

What is an assignment? It is a contract offer between a specific seller and buyer. The offer fixes the SET amount, payment asset, payment amount, and a one-time secret hash. Acceptance settles payment and SET atomically. The smart contract accepts any amount in SET token units, so technically fractional rights can be included; this interface deliberately asks for whole shares.

Alternative: You can trade SET against Sepolia USDC through the public Uniswap V3 pool instead of arranging a bilateral assignment. Open Uniswap trading and market history.

Check the current offers between the two wallets

The connected MetaMask wallet is the seller. Enter the intended buyer. The interface checks the seller’s offer to the buyer and, for completeness, any reciprocal offer from that buyer to the seller.

After a valid address is entered, use the button below. The same check also runs when you leave the address field.

Offer terms

Create or replace the seller’s offer

Check the prospective buyer first. A new offer can be created only when no outgoing offer exists. Replacing an existing offer is a separate, explicitly confirmed action.

The payment asset is restricted in this interface to configured SepoliaETH and reviewed stablecoin choices.

Enter the amount in ordinary display units.

The plain key remains in this browser. Give it only to the intended buyer through a secure channel.

The hash is written to the contract automatically; it normally does not need to be copied.
